We have an extended global installed base which is supported by our local presence through the SoLayTec Certified Service Partners' network. This local presence is a big advantage as our customers have direct access to service and support in the same time zone; 24hrs per day, 7 days per week. Naturally, each InPassion product is delivered including a One-Year On-Site Warranty, but you can also rely on our quality service and support post-warranty. The service engineers from our local partners are fully trained in The Netherlands by the SoLayTec system specialists. This ensures that our customers can trust that installation, commissioning, operational support, maintenance, service and training of customers' maintenance personnel are in good hands and executed by qualified engineers. If needed, the second line support from SoLayTec is available as back up to our local partner. We can connect to the system via remote control and perform diagnostics. Or, when required, a SoLayTec company expert from the Netherlands will be dispatched to provide on-site support.
